How do you determine that a lead has consented.

We use a third party lead information verification party who ensures that the phone number and email are legitimate.

How do you confirm that the lead has met the $10,000 minimum enrolled debt?

Earn per Qualified Lead: Earn $200-$$2,500 for qualified leads who sign up through our website form or call us directly. To be credited with a lead, each lead you refer is required to pass the two lead checkpoints, confirming their consent through a third party consent filter. Our sales team then confirms that they meet the enrolled debt threshold of $10K. (Link here for detailed terms and conditions)The lead is tracked from the information they fill out upon sign-up, and followed into FORTH, our first party data management solution. That system will confirm once the lead has had a phone conversation with a sales specialist.

A NEW client is qualified by their first payment. Once the draft is made, the partner is given credit for the enrollment.

Tier 2 - FAQs

Should I stop paying creditors when I enroll?

Each debt you enroll in the program should ideally be deemed by the creditor or collection agency as uncollectable at the current balance. If you are making payments against the balance owed, the creditor will assume you can pay and refuse to compromise. A creditor may refuse to compromise, regardless, especially if the debt is judged payable by a court.

Who does the client pay after enrolling in the program?

Once we determine an affordable monthly payment, rather than paying creditors or New Era, the client deposits an amount into a trust, at least once a month, although you control the frequency of deposits. Once that trust reaches a certain amount, New Era uses the trust as leverage to negotiate.

How much money has to be in the trust to negotiate?

The total monthly payment is determined by the debt enrolled. New Era creates a plan to start negotiating as soon as possible, depending on the amount and stage of each debt a client has.

How do you define an affiliate manager?

Do you participate in affiliate forums or know other webmasters with financial websites that attract visitors who may need debt relief? Do you work with CPAs or professionals who frequently interact with people in need of financial help? Or maybe you have a network or community eager to earn extra income by joining a reliable affiliate program? Well then, gosh darnit you could be an affiliate manager.

How do I ensure I get credit for the affiliates I refer?

If an entity has signed up with your management entity as their agent, you have an independent agreement with that property. Our partner agreement is with you directly, and all earnings will be deposited in your account for both your affiliates and your commission on your affiliate earnings.

What is the earnings payout schedule for managers?

Affiliate managers are paid according to the same schedule as that which our affiliate partners are compensated, which is on the 7th day after each month's end. The reason we wait until the fifth day to give us time to verify each lead and enrollment from the previous month, which adjusts for a possible weekend, when we are not actively reporting. Note, the management entity is responsible for paying the respective affiliates the entity manages.
